Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern bookings and participation in tours and events offered by Bartour Berlin / summerlife travel.
These terms apply to all one-day tours, multi-day trips, and events organized by us.
Bookings can be made via our website or by submitting a reservation form. Upon confirmation, an invoice is sent via email.
Payments must be made within 7 days of invoice, unless otherwise agreed. For longer-term bookings, extended deadlines may apply.
Payment methods:
Bank transfer
PayPal
Credit card (via PayPal or other providers)
By participant:
Multi-day trips: no guaranteed refund. We will try to find a fair solution in serious cases.
Hamburg day tours: can be canceled for free up to 24 hours before departure.
Other day tours: cancel up to 4 weeks in advance if there’s a serious reason (e.g. illness).
Please contact us personally – we always try to help.
By organizer:
We reserve the right to cancel a trip or event if the minimum number of participants is not reached, or for other organizational or safety reasons.
This may occur even on short notice (e.g. due to weather, illness, strikes, etc.).
In such cases, we will fully refund the ticket price paid by the customer.
However, we do not cover any additional costs, such as travel expenses, accommodation, or other related costs.
Each trip requires a minimum number of participants. This number varies depending on the tour and is stated in the description or booking information.
Participants must ensure they have valid documents, are fit to travel, and follow the instructions of guides and staff.
We are not liable for damages caused by participants‘ own behavior, force majeure, or third-party providers.
These terms are subject to German law. Place of jurisdiction is Karlsruhe, Germany.
The contract language is English. A German version is available on request.
